Helping Children Bloom Through Play

Helping Children Grow, Heal, and Thrive

At Blossom Life Play Therapy, we help children explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop resilience in a calm, supportive environment.

What is Play Therapy?

“Play therapy creates a space where children are seen, heard, and understood without needing to say a single word. Through play, they release worries, explore their feelings, and learn new ways to cope—discovering strength, resilience, and hope in a world that finally feels safe.”

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that allows children to express their thoughts, experiences, and emotions through play rather than spoken language. Since children naturally communicate through toys, art, movement, and imagination, play therapy provides a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate space where they can explore difficult feelings and make sense of their world without pressure. Within this environment, a trained play therapist observes, reflects, and gently guides the process, helping children build emotional awareness, problem-solving skills, and healthy coping strategies at their own pace. This approach is especially effective for children facing challenges such as anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, grief, adjustment to family changes, or social and developmental difficulties. Through consistent sessions, children learn to express themselves more confidently, reduce emotional distress, strengthen self-control, and form more positive relationships with others.

Is Your Child Struggling Emotionally or Socially?

01.

Behavioural & Emotional Challenges

Tantrums, anger, anxiety, or sudden mood changes can be a child’s way of expressing distress.
Through play therapy, we help children understand and manage their emotions safely.

02.

ADHD & Attention Difficulties

Children with attention or focus challenges often need structure, patience, and creative expression.
Our play-based methods encourage focus, self-regulation, and a sense of achievement.

03.

Attachment & Social Issues

Some children find it hard to form or maintain relationships.
We create a secure, trusting environment to strengthen their ability to connect and feel safe with others.

04.

Low Self-Esteem & Confidence

Every child deserves to feel capable and valued.
We help build self-confidence through positive play experiences and emotional support, allowing children to see their own strengths.

How I can help you be happier?

— 01

Healing Through Play

Play is a child’s natural language. Through play therapy, children learn to express feelings, understand emotions, and find healthy ways to cope — helping them feel calmer and more in control.

— 02

Building Strength & Confidence

Each session focuses on helping children believe in themselves, develop resilience, and build self-worth — empowering them to handle life’s challenges with courage and self believe.

Strengthening Family Bonds

When children feel seen, heard, and understood, family relationships grow stronger. Together, we work toward open communication, empathy, and emotional balance at home.

Children are not things to be molded, but people to be unfolded.

Meet Nisa Abdullah — Your Child’s Emotional Guide

Hardworking and motivated individual who thrives to achieve success

I am Nisa Abdullah, a Certified play therapist and trainee Filial play Coach registered with PTUK, as a Filial play Coach, I help parents to understand their children’s social and emotional difficulties, teach them how to strengthen the parent-child relationships and improve the family bonds. Being a Play Therapist, for me is a big responsibility of which I look to enjoy and enable my clients to play out their accumulated feelings of tension, frustration, insecurity, aggression, fear, bewilderment and confusion. This process makes a child capable of solving his/her own problems, making their own choices, taking the responsibility for himself/herself in many more ways then he/she is usually permitted to do. They become able to channel this inner growth into a constructive and positive way of life. I’m a hardworking and motivated individual who thrives to achieve success, whether that is required through independent work or group work. Also, I have the ability to meet deadlines with high organizational and communication skills.

Happy Clients
